(荣盛房地产发展股份有限公司) (the “Company” or the “Parent Guarantor”);
• you are not a U.S. person, and are not acting for the account or benefit of any U.S. person, and that you are not located in the United States, and the electronic mail address that you have given to us and to which the Consent Solicitation Statement has been delivered is not located in the United States;
• you consent to the delivery of the Consent Solicitation Statement to you by electronic transmission.
